At RigMentor, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Please review our
shipping terms and conditions to understand how we handle deliveries and what you can expect.
1. Shipping Locations
– We deliver to locations across India.

2. Processing Time
– Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
– Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
– In case of delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
3. Delivery Time
– Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
– Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like courier service availability and location-specific conditions (e.g., remote areas).
– Standard Delivery: All deliveries are made via road transport unless otherwise requested.
– Express/Air Delivery: If you require faster delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp before your product is shipped. Additional charges will apply.
4. Shipping Charges
– Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order during checkout.
– Free Shipping: Available for select products or orders above a specified amount (if applicable).
– Additional Charges: Extra fees may apply for remote area deliveries or oversized items. These charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
– COD Policy:
– If a COD shipment is not accepted at the time of delivery, the COD confirmation amount will not be refunded. This policy is to cover operational and shipping costs.
– Please ensure that the exact COD amount is available to avoid any delivery issues.
6. Order Tracking
– Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
– Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
7. Packaging
– All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
– If you notice any tampering or damage to the package upon delivery, do not accept the shipment and notify us immediately.
8. Misplaced Shipments
– If the item is misplaced during shipping, RigMentor will bear the loss. A replacement or refund will be initiated based on the availability of the product.
9. Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items
– If you receive a damaged product or a different item than ordered, you must provide a complete unboxing video as evidence to initiate a claim.
– Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
10. Delayed or Missed Deliveries
– While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues) may cause delays.
– If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact us at support@rigmentor.in for assistance.
11. Undeliverable Packages
– Orders may be deemed undeliverable due to reasons such as incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the recipient.
– In such cases:
– If the error is on the customer’s end, re-shipping charges may apply.
– If the error is on RigMentor’s end, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
12. Return Shipping for Repairs or Returns
– Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send products back to RigMentor for repairs, replacements, or returns unless the item was defective or damaged during transit.
