Order Cancellation

  1. Cancellation Deadline: You may request the cancellation of your order within 24 Hour from the time the order was placed. After this deadline, the order may have already entered processing, and cancellation may not be possible.

  2. Cancellation Request: To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team through one of the methods provided in our Customer Support Policy. Please include your order number and relevant details in your cancellation request.

  3. Refunds: If your order is successfully cancelled within the stipulated time frame, we will initiate a refund as per our Refund Policy. Please allow us upto 7 working Days for the refund to be processed.

 

Product Return and Cancellation for Pre-Owned Items

  1. Cancellation Deadline: For pre-owned items, you may request the cancellation of your order within 24-Hour from the time the order was placed.

  2. Condition for Returns: Pre-owned items that have already been shipped may be eligible for return under our Return Policy. Please refer to the Return Policy for more information on returning such items.
