Extended Warranty Policy

1. Overview

At RigMentor, we stand by the quality of our products. Our Extended Warranty program provides additional coverage beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty to ensure peace of mind and hassle-free service.

2. Eligibility for Extended Warranty

  • Extended Warranty is available only for select products and must be purchased at the time of order or within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from RigMentor.in.
  • The original invoice is required to claim the warranty.

3. Coverage & Benefits

  • Hardware Defects: Covers manufacturing defects and failures in hardware components under normal usage.
  • Free Repairs/Replacement: If the product malfunctions within the extended warranty period, we will repair or replace it with a functioning unit of equal or better value.
  • No Hidden Charges: All parts and labor costs are covered under the extended warranty.

4. Warranty Duration

The extended warranty starts after the standard manufacturer warranty ends and is available in the following options:

  • 6 Months Extended Warranty
  • 12 Months Extended Warranty

5. What’s Not Covered?

  • Physical damage, accidental drops, water damage, and burns.
  • Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Damage due to improper use, power surges, or environmental factors.
  • Software issues, BIOS modifications, and overclocking-related failures.
  • Consumables such as thermal paste, batteries, or cables.

6. How to Claim the Extended Warranty?

  1. Contact Us: Email support@rigmentor.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9821836608 with your order details.
  2. Inspection: Our technical team will assess the issue remotely. If required, the product must be shipped to our service center.
  3. Resolution: Depending on the issue, we will either repair or replace the item within 7-14 business days.

7. Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

  • Customers must ship the product to our service center at their expense.
  • After repair/replacement, we will ship the product back to the customer for free.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The extended warranty cannot be canceled or transferred once purchased.
  • No refunds are applicable after the warranty has been activated.
